Frequently Asked Questions
How is the GPA calculated?
Each grade-point value is multiplied by its credit hours. The sum is divided by total credits; displayed results are rounded to four decimal places.
Can I enter letter grades or repeated courses?
Convert letter grades using your school’s official scale first. This tool does not apply repeat-course, pass/fail, honors or institutional rounding policies.
Does my school receive the grades I enter?
No. The calculator sends no grades to a school or server, and does not save a student record.
